Our philosophy of only providing the best customer experience possible begins with a rigorous component selection process. Any component we use goes through numerous testing procedures before it makes it's way through our presses. Shenk Ammunition has already begun investing in machinery to manufacture our own components in house to ensure an even greater experience for our customers. 
Our manufacturing process is state of the art. While the big players in the industry are still using machinery from the WW2 era, we believe in continually investing in brand new equipment and tooling. This extends from our high volume production to individually loaded hunting cartridges. You won't find tighter tolerances or lower standard deviations in any factory loaded ammunition.
Our quality control process perfectly balances the consistency of technology and the intuition of the human eye. We employ over 15 different mechanical or human-based quality checks of every round that leaves our facility. No round goes unchecked. If something does happen to escape our rigorous QC, we'll make it right.
